My aim is to empower parents with the tools and support they need to help their little one sleep soundly—without resorting to harsh methods—so that the whole family can thrive.
About Me
I'm Emma – a qualified infant sleep consultant, mum of two, and passionate advocate for gentle, responsive sleep support.
After 16 years in the property industry, I followed my heart into childcare, and quickly discovered the incredible impact gentle sleep support can have on the lives of families.
I don’t use 'cry it out' methods—instead, I work with you to create a loving, personalised approach that feels right for your family.
With care, compassion, and support every step of the way, I’m here to help your little one sleep peacefully and your family feel rested again.

A package that equips your family with a plan that will enable you to reach your sleep goals and challenges, without the support period. Perfect if you just need the plan itself and are ready to run with it on your own.
