Hi, I’m Emma – a qualified infant sleep consultant, a wife, and a proud mum of two. I know firsthand just how exhausting and overwhelming parenthood can feel when sleep is in short supply. The long nights, the self-doubt, the feeling that you’re doing something “wrong” just because your baby won’t settle the way others seem to – I’ve been there, and I want you to know you’re not alone.

For 16 years, I worked in the property industry, but after becoming a mum, my priorities shifted. I felt drawn to a more nurturing path, one where I could truly support families in a meaningful way. I transitioned into childcare, and that’s when I discovered the world of sleep consultancy. Seeing the profound difference that gentle sleep support can make in a family’s life was incredible.

I became a certified sleep consultant so I could help parents just like you – exhausted, overwhelmed, and looking for answers that feel both effective and kind. I don’t believe in “cry it out” or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I offer gentle, responsive guidance that’s tailored to your child and shaped around your family’s values.
