I offer a highly supportive package and use comforting and practical techniques to instil confidence within your family, resulting in your sleep goals being met and challenges overcome.

I use a step by step method that is gentle and does not leave your baby to ‘cry it out’. We can tailor it to suit your preferred approach, whether that be implementing change gradually or moving at a faster pace.

How does it work and what’s included?

  • Following our initial discovery call, I will ask you to complete a 3-4 day diary so that I get a clear picture of your little one’s routine - this will include feeds, play, naps, night time sleep.

  • I will review the diary within 24 hours and we will then have a one hour consultation to discuss what’s currently working well and where we can implement gentle changes to improve your struggles. I will provide you with your Personalised Sleep Programme and explain how we will be working through that step by step, together.

  • Your 3 weeks support starts on the night that you decide to start the plan; we can set this date together.

  • I will be available during waking hours via WhatsApp to answer any queries you may have, review progress and celebrate success with you!
