FAQ’s

  • What does an infant sleep consultant do?

An infant sleep consultant provides personalised guidance to help your baby develop healthy sleep habits. This includes creating a customized sleep plan, offering support through transitions, and helping parents feel confident about their baby’s sleep routine.

  • What ages do you work with?

I work with families of little ones from 6 months old through toddlers (up to about 4 years old). Each stage comes with its own unique sleep challenges, and I will tailor our approach to your baby’s age and development.

  • Do you use “cry it out” methods?

No, I don’t use traditional “cry it out” methods. My approach is gentle and responsive, designed to help your baby feel secure and loved while learning to sleep more independently. We’ll choose a strategy that fits your parenting style and your baby’s temperament.

  • How long does it take to see results?

Every baby is unique, as are each families’ goals, but most families start to notice changes within a few days and see significant improvements within 1–2 weeks of consistent implementation of the plan. My goal is to create lasting improvements — not just quick fixes — so that healthy sleep becomes a natural part of your family’s routine.

  • Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes! All of our consultations, chats, support are via Zoom or phone, so you can receive caring, personalised support from the comfort of your own home.

  • What is included in a sleep consultation package?

Each consultation includes a detailed intake so I can understand your baby’s unique sleep patterns, a customised sleep plan, and gentle, ongoing support as you implement it. I’ll be by your side to answer questions and celebrate each success with you.

  • My baby wakes up multiple times a night — can you help with that?

Absolutely. Night wakings are very common, and with a little guidance and consistency, we can help your baby (and you!) get more restful sleep. Together, we’ll look at feeding, naps, environment, and routines to find what works best for your family.

  • What if my baby is teething or going through a sleep regression?

Those phases can be tough, but they’re completely normal. I’ll help you adjust your plan with compassion and flexibility so that you can support your baby through each stage while keeping healthy sleep habits in place.

  • How do I get started?

You can begin by booking a free discovery call. We’ll chat about your baby’s current sleep, your goals, and how I can best support your family. It’s a gentle first step toward more restful nights and happier days.
